Support

How can we help?

Tell us your device model, iOS version, app version, and what happened. Never send passwords or verification codes.

Why did my replay give no reward?

Scored attempts are limited and repeat practice does not award extra XP or stars. This keeps progression fair.

How do I change language?

The app opens in your device's preferred supported language. You can change it later in Profile settings; other device languages use English.

Why does Duel require Sign in with Apple?

Single-player play remains available as a guest. Apple authentication gives real-time Duels a stable account for fair matchmaking, abuse prevention, and progress recovery without exposing your Apple password.
