Delete account

Delete your account and game data

You can permanently delete a guest or Apple-linked game account and its associated data from inside the app.

  1. 1Open the Profile tab, tap the Settings gear in the top right, then choose Delete Account and Sign Out under Data.
  2. 2Review the consequences and confirm the permanent deletion request. For help, email your Support ID or the deletion reference shown in the app to info@speakquery.ai.
  3. 3The service revokes an Apple link when present, deletes account data it is not legally required to retain, ends the session, and clears local game data.
Contact support about deletion

Deleting the app alone does not delete your server-side game account. Limited records required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations may be retained only for the permitted period and then deleted or anonymized.
